What ID do passengers need?
Malaysians: MyKad (12 and above) or MyKid/birth certificate for children. Foreign visitors: passport. Bring the same ID you used when booking.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive early to check in. Online sales close shortly before each departure.
Do children and infants need tickets?
Children get their own seat at a child fare. Infants sit on an adult's lap — add them as an infant when booking and the fare is shown at checkout.
